So you’ve done all the planning yourselves down to the tee, but you don’t want to call on family and friends to help on the day. This package includes:
6-8 week handover - Online meeting to go through all aspects of the day
Unlimited email and phone communication* (business hours apply)
Preferred supplier recommendations
Audit of everything you have planned to ensure nothing has been missed
Assistance with timeline and floorplan creation
Circulation of documents to vendors, and liaise with vendors prior to day
Act as on-day contact and support to ensure smooth running of the wedding
1 x Site visit* (within 40km radius of Ellenbrook only, or travel fee will apply)
Coordinate and support entrance of ceremony and reception where required
Coordinator on day for set-up of items and for assistance, up to 8 hours
