  • 6 week handover - Online meeting to go through all aspects of the event

  • Unlimited email and phone communication* (business hours apply) 

  • Preferred supplier recommendations  

  • Audit of everything you have planned to ensure nothing has been missed 

  • Circulation of documents to vendors, and liaise with vendors prior to day  

  • Act as on-day contact and support to ensure smooth running of the event 

  • Set up of DIY items (if applicable) 

  • On site for up to 6 hours, depending on what is required
