Initial meeting to discuss budget, vision and logisitics
Styling concept & mood boards based on brief provided by you- let's talk VISION!
Up to 2 site visits** (available for Perth only)
Unlimited email and phone communication* (business hours apply)
Preferred supplier recommendations
Regular progress and planning updates
Sourcing of items and vendors for your wedding
Creation of documents such as floorplan/layouts, seating plans, timelines and bump in/out schedules for vendors
Ceremony rehearsal attendance** (available for Perth only)
Final meeting (approximately 4 weeks out) to finalise all details for the wedding
Circulation of documents to vendors, and liaise with vendors prior to day
Management of styling and supplier team
Act as on-day contact and support to ensure smooth running of the wedding
Coordinate and support entrances, and on-site until formalities have concluded
Coordinator on day for set-up of items and for assistance, up to 10 hours
Full planning & styling bookings are limited per year to ensure quality is maintained. The date booked is exclusive to you!
